As a key player in the finance department, youll be responsible for the integrity of financial reporting and guiding your accounting team in complex matters. Collaborating with the VP of Finance, youll oversee monthly closings, financial statement preparation, and continuous improvements in processes and systems. Your role will be vital in enhancing data quality and supporting business-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the monthly and annual financial closing processes • Prepare consolidated financial statements and variance analyses • Manage audits and maintain the internal control workplace • Support the budget and forecasting process with insights • Improve and implement accounting processes and controls

Requirements: • CPA designation with 7+ years in accounting • Minimum of 2 years in a Controller role in a multi-entity setting • Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting • Experience with ERP system implementations • Strong leadership and analytical skills
