Step into a hands-on Controller role where you'll drive financial insights and enhance reporting accuracy. This leadership position collaborates closely with the VP of Finance.

As the Controller, you will balance technical depth with practical execution, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and effective month-end closure. You will oversee consolidated reports and financial analyses, playing a critical role in refining finance processes, including ERP upgrades and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives • Compile and review consolidated financial statements monthly • Ensure timely completion of the month-end close process • Develop KPI dashboards, leveraging Power BI for performance metrics • Support and contribute tothe ERP transition from Sage 300 to NetSuite

Requirements:• CPA designation with a minimum of 7 years in accounting roles • Background as a Controller or in a similar capacity • Expertise in consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel • Ability to foster improvements in accounting processes
