This Is Not a Typical Welding Job This role is best suited for a welder/fitter with robust mechanical ability or millwrighting experience. If you’re only comfortable welding what’s put in front of you, this will not be a good fit. We are looking for someone who understands how things work, why they fail, and how to fix them properly the first time.About Us

Full machine shop services 14 ft 350 ton press brake 12 ft shear (1/2" capacity) Metal Punching Fully equipped field service trucks What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnosing mechanical and structural failures Performing proper, long-term repairs (not temporary fixes) Working on fleet equipment including trucks and trailers Fabricating and modifying components Welding in both shop and field environments Reading and working from blueprints and real-world conditionsWorking independently and making decisions on the job What You MUST Have
Strong mechanical understanding Proven problem-solving ability Blueprint reading (mandatory) Solid welding and fitting skills (MIG required, TIG/Stick an asset) Experience with fleet equipment, trucks, trailers, or industrial machinery Conscientious work ethic— you take ownership of your workForward-thinking mindset This Role Is NOT For Someone Who
Needs constant supervision Only wants to weld what’s handed to them Guesses instead of understanding Cuts corners or rushes work Overstates their ability Requirements
Valid driver’s license (clean record) Working at Heights Forklift certification 3+ years relevant experience (or proven ability) Physically capable of demanding work Pay
$30–$50/hour based on skill and experience Overtime available Mandatory Application Requirement
