Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with a variety of outdoor projects focused on landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical aptitude, and be eager to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes for our clients. This position offers hands-on experience in landscape management and the prospect to develop valuable skills in gardening, irrigation, and equipment operation. Duties - Assist with landscape work, such as soil and sodding, garden work, and more - Maintain lawn and gardens with hand and power tools Skills - Experience with lawn and garden work - Knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance - Proficiency in using hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) - Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions - Good teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards - Assist with maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing - Operate equipment such as hand tools and power equipment Requirements This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor environments and landscape design to gain practical experience while contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces.
