Position Summary: Coral Kids Dentistry & Braces is seeking an articulate, confident, and detail-oriented Back-Office Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our administrative team immediately. This is a non-patient-facing, dedicated phone and administrative role. This is an active vacancy for a Fixed-Term Contract position with an initial duration of approximately 10 weeks to maintain operational coverage during a staff leave of absence. We are looking to interview and onboard a successful candidate as soon as possible. There is strong potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent role pending ongoing operational requirements. Key Responsibilities - Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls with professional phone etiquette. - Proactively reach out to families to confirm upcoming appointments and optimize schedules. - Confidently explain and quote treatment fees, co-pays, and insurance breakdowns to parents over the phone. - Facilitate clear, accurate correspondence with families via email and text messaging. - Maintain absolute accuracy within electronic patient charts and records. Position Requirements - Education & Experience: Must possess practical experience in dental administration OR be a recent graduate of a recognized Dental Administration/Reception program. - Communication Skills: Must possess exceptional, professional verbal and written communication skills in English. - Financial Comfort: Comfortable and confident discussing financial balances and quoting treatment fees to clients over the phone. - Availability: Must be able to start right away and commit to the full Monday through Thursday schedule.
