What you will be doing: - Comfortable with all aspects of medical equipment, including oxygen therapy, inhalation therapies, sleep apnea and negative pressure wound therapy products. - Loads and unloads durable medical equipment. - Completes necessary paperwork including daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms and vehicle maintenance logs. Distributes paperwork to appropriate personnel as well as cash handling and balancing - Maintains confidentiality of patient profiles. - Adheres to government and contractual obligations for HHC - Comfortable in many environments including community, hospital and LTC facilities - May clean and assist with the repair of equipment. - Participates in equipment training - This is role is filling an existing vacancy on the team How you will succeed: - Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required. - At least one year related experience is required. - Excellent communication, both written and verbal - Customer Service experience Are you #ALLin?
