What You’ll Do
Partner
with Vision33 leaders to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions– not just execute it.
Source and headhunt
talent globally - Canada, US, UK, and beyond.
Build and nurture
proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
Deliver‘Best-in-Class’
candidate and manager experience.
Create compelling
job ads, outreach campaigns, and employer branding content.
Manage multiple active searches
in a fast-moving environment.
Bring a creative flair to the table
with new ideas, market insights, and a competitive drive.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years
of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.
Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology&professional services or another related industry is considered an asset.
Strong network and professional presence
on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
with an engaging people-first approach.
Exceptional organizational skills
with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .
Strong writing skills—you can craft compelling and creative job ads, posts, and communications; Canva experience is an asset.
