Description
NSB Omega is searching for an Intermediate Contract Administrator for our Client in St. John's, NL. Assignment Description The Intermediate Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, tracking, and administering contracts and related documentation. This role works closely with project managers, procurement teams, legal counsel, consultants, and clients to ensure contractual obligations are met and project documentation is maintained accurately. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience managing commercial or construction-related contracts, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, review, issue, and maintain contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and related documentation - Coordinate contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle - Track project milestones, deliverables, insurance certificates, bonding, and compliance requirements - Maintain accurate contract records and document control systems - Assist with tendering, procurement, and bid evaluation processes - Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or discrepancies - Support project managers with contract interpretation and administration - Coordinate communication between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients - Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards - Assist with invoice reviews, payment applications, and contract closeout procedures Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field - 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, procurement, or a related role - Experience in construction, engineering, consulting, or infrastructure environments considered an asset - Strong understanding of contract terminology and documentation practices - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Preferred Skills - Familiarity with CCDC contracts and procurement processes - Experience with ERP or project management systems - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team workplace Duration 1 Year(With Possibility of Extension) Location St. John's, NL Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o393g
