Project Manager in Architectural Design, St. John's

In this role, you will support project management on medium to large-scale designs under minimal supervision from senior architects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring all design objectives are met. You will also mentor Assistant Project Managers and organize key project meetings to maintain effective communication with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the execution of project tasks • Directly communicate project expectations with stakeholders • Develop project budgets and schedules for success • Mentor project teams and lead design coordination • Manage contractual changes impacting schedules and finances

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in design o• Deep knowledge of construction systems and codes • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proven ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
