Experienced Server at The Rec Room, St. John's

Join The Rec Room team in St. John’s, NL, as an Experienced Server dedicated to high-quality guest service and satisfaction. Deliver an extraordinary dining experience through attentive service and professionalism.

This server position reports to the General Manager and is suited for candidates with strong hospitality backgrounds. You will manage order taking, serving food and drinks, and keeping dining areas clean in line with company policy. Additionally, addressing guest concerns with tact and professionalism is essential.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas • Replace table linens and refills condiment sets as needed • Manage billing and payments per establishment guidelines • Assist in staff training and adherence to hygienestandards

Requirements:• High school diploma or GED necessary • 1-3 years of relevant restaurant experience preferred • Ability to perform under pressure and detail-oriented • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
