This strategic role collaborates closely with regional managers to provide hands-on HR support and initiatives that align with business goals. You will focus on coaching, recruitment, and talent development while promoting an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture across various retail sites. Regular travel is a key component of the role to better understand operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide tactical HR support to NLC’s retail managers • Address employee relations and performance management • Guide recruitment and workforce planning efforts • Engage with teams to strengthen workplace culture • Evaluate employee trends for strategic enhancements
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related area • At least 5 years of HR experience in retail settings • Skills in labor relations and conflict resolution • Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities • Valid driver’s license with travel flexibility
