CLEAR is on the lookout for an experienced Research Coordinator to lead coordination for a horizon scan on Indigenous monitoring. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as survey implementation, literature reviews, and ethics management, all in a supportive collaborative environment. Qualified candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate daily operations of the research project • Design and manage an online survey • Conduct systematic literature reviews in a timely manner • Navigate ethics review requirements effectively • Maintain open communication across research partners
Requirements:• Proven experience in designing and conducting surveys • Experience with research ethics processes • Familiarity with systematic literature review methodology • Knowledge of Indigenous methodologies in research • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
