Job Summary Hickman Chrysler– Service Advisor – Pay rate: $1‑2 per hour – Posted 05/15/2026
Hickman Chrysler is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating vehicle repairs efficiently. No automotive experience is required.
Responsibilities
Enthusiastically greet customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customers and document vehicle concerns, providing clear explanations of required service and repairs.
Prepare detailed repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
Conduct preliminary assessments, recommend necessary services, and stay informed about the latest automotive technologies.
Maintain regular communication with customers (phone calls, estimates, scheduling, payment methods).
Follow up with customers post‑service to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
Communicate with technicians to obtain information on needed repairs.
Accurately record problems and authorized repairs on work orders.
Assist with billing procedures, process payments, and maintain accurate service records.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, or Post‑Secondary Degree/Diploma.
Automotive experience preferred.
Exceptional commitment to customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong technology skills (tablet, video, text) and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Marketing knowledge.
Charismatic, business‑savvy personality.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
Clear communication and accuracy.
Valid NL driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract.
