Part-Time Senior Customer Assistance Role, St. John's

Be a key player at Enterprise Mobility's St. John's Airport as a Senior Customer Assistance Representative. Provide exceptional support and customer service in this temporary role.

This part-time temporary position allows you to engage with customers and assist in fulfilling their rental needs. Working 25-30 hours per week with a pay of $17 per hour, this role demands a customer-focused mindset, serving both face-to-face and over the phone. As part of the team, you will learn and develop skills necessary to excel in customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:• Engage visitors and respond to rental inquiries proactively • Process vehicle returns and handle check-in procedures • Assist customers effectively upon arrival and departure • Manage calls and provide resolution to customer issues • Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements:• High school diploma or higher; college experience preferred • At least 1 year of customer service or related experience • Must hold a valid Canadian driver’s license • Authorized to work in Canada with no sponsorship required • Minimum age of 18 years is required
