What your day looks like: - Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns. - Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps. - Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials. - Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics. - Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up. - Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards. - Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
