Customer Enrollment Associate (St. John's)

Our company is seeking a full-time Customer Enrollment Associate in St. John's supporting our telecom partner, Rogers. As a sales and development firm, we believe that exceptional enrollment starts with listening. The Customer Enrollment Associate will help customers enroll in Ignite Internet, Ignite TV, and home phone plans, manage enrollment workflows with precision, and achieve sales goals through personalized guidance. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you’ll start with comprehensive training in Rogers’ residential services, including Internet speed tiers, TV bundles, and home phone features. The Customer Enrollment Associate will then assist St. John’s customers through personalized sales consultations, offering tailored recommendations to enroll in Rogers’ solutions. Role Requirements for a Customer Enrollment Associate - Connect with customers to introduce Rogers Internet, TV, and Home Phone services and support enrollment‑focused sales conversations. - Prepare enrollment paperwork, service comparisons, and customer onboarding tools that help senior staff maintain smooth residential sales operations. - Conduct follow‑ups with newly enrolled customers to confirm service satisfaction and recommend Rogers enhancements that support ongoing sales. - Keep detailed records of enrollment progress, customer needs, and support interactions to maintain team alignment across Newfoundland communities. - Participate in local events by greeting residents, explaining Rogers benefits, and supporting the sales team’s community presence. - Communicate how Rogers Internet, TV, and Home Phone services improve daily life, reinforcing confident enrollment decisions and future sales potential. Qualities of a Customer Enrollment Associate - Experience in enrollment coordination or sales is a plus. - Shows patience when helping families compare service options tied to enrollment. - Learns new information quickly and applies it during client interactions. - Works well with Customer Enrollment Associates to support shared enrollment and sales goals.
