Customer Service + Sales Support (St. John's)

Imprint Specialty Promotions has been an industry leader, helping businesses and organizations with promotional products, apparel and printing since 1979. We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team as Customer Service + Sales Support in St. John’s. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great position for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and our sales team to help projects move smoothly from quote to order. Responsibilities include ● Answering customer inquiries ● Preparing quotes ● Sourcing promotional products and apparel ● Processing orders and coordinating details ● Assisting with general office support and day-to-day operations. We’re primarily looking for someone who is: ● Friendly, professional and approachable ● Organized and detail-oriented ● Comfortable using computers and learning new systems ● Able to multitask and manage priorities ● A strong communicator with both customers and team members ● Customer Service or Sales Experience is considered an asset ● Industry training will be provided.
