As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas.Job Responsibilities

Assist in assessing large, complex digital transformation programmes/projects based on prior experience and knowledge of leading practices for successfully delivering transformation programmes. Identify key transformation programme delivery risks and provide advice and recommendations for effective mitigation.Analyse programme information and data to identify key insights on programme performance and develop recommendations for improvement. Assist in developing and executing programme and project assurance strategies and plans. Manage all phases of client engagements, including supervising PwC teams, ensuring quality of deliverables and managing engagement economics.Assist in delivering compelling presentations and driving impactful conversations with senior client leaders. Engage in business development activities, including developing responses to requests for proposals. Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.Pursue opportunities to develop existing and current skills outside of one's comfort zone. Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development. Help build the practice and deliver on the people value proposition. Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications

Extensive experience in delivering and/or assessing large digital transformation programmes that includes:

Leading project/program performance assessments, programme gateway reviews, risk‑based reviews. Designing the programme management and/or programme assurance strategies.

Strong understanding of the digital transformation programme implementation lifecycle and associated risks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate, problem‑solve, and influence through verbal and written communication. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.Certified Project Manager (PMI PMBOK, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization) desirable. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Jira. Security clearance mandatory for all staff who will be engaged on these assignments; candidates must meet eligibility requirements to obtain this clearance from the Government of Canada.The salary range for this position is $84,700– $134,700.
