In this position, you will assist Investment Counsellors and Portfolio Managers with critical tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing meeting materials, responding to client inquiries, and tracking important anniversaries and policies. This maternity leave coverage offers the potential for permanency while engaging in meaningful client interactions and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide proactive customer service and respond to inquiries • Prepare client meeting materials and attend when necessary • Track anniversary dates and draft Investment Policy Statements • Arrange client wealth-planning meetings effectively • Support business development with marketing materials
Requirements:• University degree in a relevant field • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) • Minimum two years in financial services support • Experience in financial planning preferred • Advanced MS Office skills required
