Waypoints Youth Are Working has partnered with Rocky Mountain Chocolate to provide participants with hands‑on training and employment preparation, followed by employment opportunities at the Churchill Square and Downtown locations in St. John’s. This training program is funded through Service Canada.Training and Benefits

2 weeks of PAID pre‑employment training Employment opportunity with Rocky Mountain Chocolate First Aid Certification Food Safety and Handling Training WHMIS OH&S Committee Level 1 Customer Service Training Employment Responsibilities

Preparing chocolate products and treats Serving customers and processing transactions Scooping and serving ice cream Maintaining clean and organized work areas Working as part of a fast‑paced team setting Qualifications

Not currently enrolled in an educational program (post‑secondary or high school) Between 18 and 29 years old Able to work in a fast‑paced environment Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required A genuine interest in customer service and working with people Experience is NOT requiredDetails

Training will take place at the Waypoints office in Churchill Square, St. John’s, NL. Pay

From $16.35 per hour Location&Commute
