Position Overview We’re looking to hire a reliable and hardworking

General Labourer / Prep Technician

to join our team. This role is essential to our process— you’ll be responsible for preparing cabinets and job sites to ensure a high-quality finished product.

No experience in cabinet refinishing is required, but experience with tools, painting, or construction is an asset.

Responsibilities

Sanding and prepping cabinet doors and frames

Cleaning and degreasing surfaces

Masking and protecting job sites

Assisting with removal and installation of cabinet doors

Supporting spray operations (as trained)

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Following instructions and working efficiently with the team

Requirements

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work with your hands and stay active throughout the day

Reliable transportation
