We are seeking an experienced Event Site Manager for two significant festivals during Stampede week— AfroSwitch and Stampede Mela. Your role includes managing setup, executing event operations, and ensuring smooth takedown. Coordinate with multiple teams and ensure compliance with local regulations to create a safe environment for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee venue operations from setup to takedown • Coordinate with security, vendors, and production teams • Manage site infrastructure and logistics • Serve as the primary decision-maker on event days • Ensure compliance with permits and safety protocols

Requirements:• 3+ years in managing large outdoor events • Strong leadership and crisis management skills • Knowledge of permits and safety regulations • Ability to work long outdoor shifts • First Aid certification preferred
