This position involves managing reception duties, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with invoicing and billing. Key Responsibilities:• Manage all incoming telephone calls • Coordinate and handle office supply orders • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily • Maintain company contact records accurately • Train team members on office policies

Requirements:• High school diploma with 1 year of office experience • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
