We seek a highly analytical Logistics Lead with 3-5 years in logistics management and relevant experience in the CPG sector. This role will require coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring precise documentation and delivery timelines. Collaboration with Supply Chain and Marketplace teams is critical for meeting operational demands and maintaining inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle shipment coordination across multiple brands • Liaise with 3PLs and freight providers for execution accuracy • Collaborate cross-functionally for service optimization • Oversee logistics record accuracy and KPI tracking • Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis

Requirements:• 3-5 years in logistics with management of substantial freight costs • Amazon FBA logistics experience • Proficient knowledge in transportation and regulations • Experience with ERP and WMS systems • Strong analytical and communication skills
