At Genoa, established in 1995, we're searching for Structural Designers at all levels to support our cutting-edge shipbuilding and marine engineering endeavors. You will work on 3D Hull models, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and partake in quality control. This role also allows for hands-on experience with cutting-edge design tools while contributing to significant initiatives like Canada's National Shipbuilding Strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Create and modify 3D Hull and structure models • Maintain quality control per Genoa’s management system • Ensure compliance with regulatory and design standards • Interpret technical design and construction drawings • Assist the team with additional duties as required Requirements: • Technical diploma or degree in relevant field • Marine design experience in structure or systems • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ShipConstructor • Ability to read technical specifications and drawings • Experience with 3D product models for ship projects Bring your passion for marine engineering to Genoa and help shape the future of shipbuilding.
