This is an interview position. Responsibilities

Provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; verify all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada service features; deliver related customer service functions. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s licence with good driving record Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment One (1) year of customer‑oriented business experience (preferred) Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment trainingSome knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is an asset Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work in a highly pressured environment Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needsMust be able to operate within a PC Windows environment, complete recurrence training, and maintain annual accreditations where applicable If residing in Quebec, be bilingual (French and English) Valid driver’s licence (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]), with two or fewer violations/accidents in the previous 24 months (required for driving core competency)Employment Equity Statement
