Key Responsibilities:• Manage complex tasks for medium to large projects • Lead project teams to meet design intent and schedules • Assist in negotiating project agreements and budgets • Mentor and motivate Assistant Project Managers • Conduct project coordination and owner/site meetings

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience • Thorough knowledge of building codes and systems • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
