We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Campaign to lead the planning, execution and optimization of our campaign and other fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels at cross-functional collaboration and has a passion for delivering impactful fundraising campaigns. This position has province-wide responsibility and is based in St. John’s at our Association Services Office and has the flexibility to work remotely from time to time. Travel may be required.Job Requirements

A University education or equivalent of education and fundraising experience, specifically in a non-profit setting with a minimum of 4 years’ experience Proven success in managing and executing fundraising campaigns with measurable results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of fundraising best practices, trends, and legal requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Experience using a donor management system is an asset CFRE is an asset Criminal Records Check are reviewed on an individual basis Benefits of Working with the YMCA
