Join CoLab as a Business Development Representative to drive growth and build customer relationships in the engineering sector. This role focuses on pipeline generation through cold outreach and engaging conversations.
As part of a rapidly scaling team, you'll identify and qualify prospective customers within the engineering industry using cold calls, emails, and social media. You’ll be responsible for achieving monthly SQL and SAO targets while representing CoLab’s brand values. You should thrive on collaboration with Account Executives and enjoy learning about technical subjects to support your efforts.
Key Responsibilities:• Generate qualified pipeline through varied outreach efforts • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for SQL and SAO • Act as the primary contact for prospects, uncovering pain points • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers in organizations • Collaborate with Account Executives for effective meetings
Requirements:• Proven experience in Business Development roles • Confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders and senior leadership • Strong motivation for sales and pipeline growth • Ability to adapt and solve creative problems • Excellent communication skills with clarity and empathy
