We are looking for a creative, social-first content creator who can capture authentic student experiences and turn them into engaging short-form content that helps grow Keyin Colleges social presence and connect with prospective students. This is a high-output, hands‑on role focused on creating consistent, platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels. We value creativity, speed, authenticity, and strong social instincts over polished cinematic production.

The Role As a Social Media Content Creator, you will capture and create day-to-day social content across campuses, programs, events, and student experiences.

This role is focused on short-form video content, mobile-first/social-first execution, organic social engagement, fast-turnaround content creation, and authentic campus storytelling. You will work closely with students, instructors, admissions, and marketing teams to create content that feels engaging, relatable, and platform-native.

What Youll Do

Create and publish short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms

Capture authentic campus, classroom, student, and event content

Edit and post content quickly using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar platforms

Test trends, formats, and content ideas to improve engagement and reach

Maintain a consistent content posting cadence across social channels

Turn longer-form content into short-form social clips

Support paid social campaigns with creative content assets

Stay current with platform trends and creator best practices

Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support recruitment and brand awareness initiatives

What You Bring

13 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field or a strong portfolio of social content

Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of social media trends and platform behavior

Ability to create high volumes of content quickly and independently

Comfortable filming and editing content using mobile devices and lightweight equipment

Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience growing or managing social media accounts is considered an asset
