Residential Cleaner (St. John's)

Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms - Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens - Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency - Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards - Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences - Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor when interacting with clients during service visits - Organize work schedules efficiently to maximize productivity across multiple appointments - Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Requirements - Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required - Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is preferred - Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments effectively - Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting laundry baskets or moving small furniture items - Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients professionally and courteously - Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and household organization - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards - Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client locations This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and customer service excellence are highly valued.
