Logistics Coordinator, St. John's

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: St. John's Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Rate of Pay: $18/hour Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a highly motivated, outgoing individual to join one of our client's team as a Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities

Providing excellent communications skills to customers

Tracking and tracing shipments, book appointments

Data Entry of customers and vendor orders

Resolve issues related to delays, damages or lost shipments

Providing administrative duties (filing, answering phones, faxing, etc.)

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum 1 - 3 years' of relevant experience in either intermodal or trucking environment

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of supply chain management principles

Experience in logistic software and Microsoft Office

Excellent problem solving skills
