Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician at Hudson's Listowel Kia, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia and non-Kia vehicles. - Inspect vehicles to determine necessary repairs and service. - Provide accurate estimates of repair times and costs to service advisors. - Follow manufacturer and dealership standards for repairs and maintenance. - Ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner and meet or exceed quality standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. - Stay updated on industry standards, advancements, and recall notices. - Communicate effectively with the service team and customers. Qualifications: - Certified Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal certification preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance. - Solid knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. - Experience working with Kia vehicles is an asset but not required. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
