Wind Maintenance Inventory Coordinator (Goderich)

Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized Inventory Coordinator to support our Wind Turbine Maintenance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technicians have the tools, parts, and materials they need to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Position Details - Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6-week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirements - Start Date: Approximately May 25, 2026. - Duration: 3 months; may vary depending on project and client requirements - Rate: $23.00 - $30.00 (Payrates are based upon level of experience and Tech Level/Certifications) - Location & Travel: Quebec, Flights and accommodations provided - Please note a pre-employment D&A; will be required for this position Responsibilities - Manage and track all onsite inventory including tools, parts, and consumables for wind turbine maintenance activities - Coordinate material requests with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely availability of required components - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips - Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and spreadsheets - Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder materials to avoid downtime - Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety compliance - Coordinate logistics for shipping, returns, and transfers between sites or warehouses - Support outage planning by ensuring all required materials are staged and available ahead of scheduled work - Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits - Work closely with procurement, operations, and site leadership teams Requirements - Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or logistics (industrial or energy sector preferred) - GWO Certifications BST, BTT and ART - Bilingual in English and French (strongly preferred) - Experience supporting field teams in construction, wind, oil & gas, or similar industries is a strong asset - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail - Proficient with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently in a remote or site-based workplace - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Physically capable of lifting, moving, and organizing materials as required - Valid driver’s license (site access may require travel) Preferred Qualifications - Experience in wind turbine maintenance or renewable energy projects - Knowledge of safety procedures and site compliance standards Benefits The strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people.
