In this vital role, you will lead the detailing of cold-formed steel framing and hollowcore systems across various projects. You will collaborate directly with engineers and project managers to ensure designs translate into flawless models. Your ability to mentor junior detailers will strengthen the team while you continuously enhance CAD/BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop high-quality shop drawings and 3D CAD models • Build and manage Revit models and AutoCAD drawings • Interpret loads and connections with structural engineers • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts • Mentor and review the work of junior technicians

Requirements:• Over 7 years of CAD/BIM experience in detailing • Expertise in cold-formed steel framing • Advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD • Familiarity with structural codes and standards • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
