Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients - Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area during and after shifts - Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment - Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to customers - Follow proper food safety procedures at all times, including proper storage and temperature control - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Skills - Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting - Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace - Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail - Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques - Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service - Prior experience with serving or food presentation is a plus This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts to grow their skills within a dynamic team environment.
