Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and serve meals in a timely manner • Implement changes to therapeutic menus • Oversee kitchen equipment and supply levels • Guide Dietary Aides during food preparation • Document meal service records accurately

Requirements:• Certificate in culinary management or related field • Relevant experience in healthcare or institutional cooking • Preferred “Red Seal” certification • Strong adherence to safety practices • Proven ability to manage and lead in a kitchen environment
