Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area during and after shifts Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to customers Follow proper food safety procedures at all times, including proper storage and temperature control Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service Prior experience with serving or food presentation is a plus This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts to grow their skills within a dynamic team environment.
