Forklift Operator Stratford

Job Title: Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator Job Purpose: To carry out general Forklift/labouring duties as required, in order to assist in the satisfactory completion of daily operations to support Pinnacle customer daily requirements. Status/Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, Day Shifts, Overtime as required. Responsibilities: Offload & Re-load trailer loads of customer material in a timely manner Ensure shipments are received correctly as manifests state Confirm the condition of goods being received/shipped Perform proper and safe movement of material to staging and holding areas Complete Paperwork as required Bill of Lading creation Move material to lines for operators and team members Cooperatively work with team members Follow written directions; interpret schedules, shipping documents Skills and experience: Grade 12 diploma preferred Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System regulations Previous forklift experience an asset Ability to lift up to 25kg Math skills: perform accurate counts and scheduling Friendly with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Writing skills: enter information on forms, work orders, etc. Scanner gun experience is an asset Additional Skills: Safety-oriented Good communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Takes pride in work & delivering quality results for our customers What we have to Offer: Competitive Wages Protected Working Workplace Company Paid Healthcare Benefits Family Oriented Company Skill Development Training program opportunities Work remotely No Job Type: Full time Pay: $21.75-$24.00 per hour Adaptable language requirement: French not required Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2phaky
