Goderich Structural Engineering Role

In this role, you’ll employ your structural engineering skills to design, assess, and manage multiple projects within the mine. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a P. Eng designation are necessary, alongside a minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant fields. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and enhancing mining operations through your engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct calculations for various structural systems • Evaluate modifications for existing support structures • Perform infrastructure assessments and recommend actions • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes • Coordinate engineering projects from design to implementation

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline • P. Eng certification required • 5 years of engineering experience in industrial settings • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Suite • Strong ability to manage time and communicate effectively
