Assembler
We are looking for an Assembler to join our Stratford facility, ON. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing and winding of coils used in electrical equipment and instruments according to wiring diagrams, sample coils, or work orders. This role involves operating coil‑winding machines and hand tools to wind coils accurately under the guidance of experienced Coil Winder team members.Location and Compensation

Review wiring diagrams and work orders to determine wire specifications and coil details. Select and set up coil‑forming devices on machines. Thread wire through tension devices, guide wires, and bend them to form leads. Adjust tension and monitor the number of turns during winding. Wrap insulation between layers and around coils for protection.Cut wires to form leads and shape end windings as needed. Solder lead wires to terminals and perform quality control checks on coil winding. Apply varnish or insulation materials to reinforce coils. Qualifications (What You Bring)
+2 years of experience in a similar role. High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of electrical components and insulation materials. Understands the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures. Ability to work under the guidance of experienced Coil Winder team members.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques. Attention to detail and precision in coil winding.
