Responsibilities - Execute precise construction tasks according to blueprints and project specifications. - Perform trim and frame carpentry with attention to detail and quality. - Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure efficient workflow and safety. - Utilize hand and power tools effectively while maintaining safety standards. - Assist in estimating project costs and timelines accurately. - Participate in restoration projects, applying relevant skills as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized work setting at all times. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress. - Qualifications - Proven experience in Framing, Drywall and trim carpentry. - Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes. - Familiarity with various hand and power tools used in carpentry. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace. - Experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not mandatory. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
