Crisis Response Counsellor Opportunity Strathroy

Join the Mobile Crisis Response Team as a Counsellor with the Canadian Mental Health Association in Strathroy. This position allows you to provide direct support to individuals in mental health or addiction crises during police encounters. As a relief counsellor, you will engage actively in crisis resolution efforts, support individuals in distress, and collaborate with police for effective interventions. You will assess needs, manage risks, and empower individuals through access to vital community resources while facilitating care transitions when necessary.
