Dashwood Industries Inc. , a major manufacturer and distributor of windows and entrance systems for the residential and commercial markets, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities - Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer experience. - Oversee the training, development, and performance management of all department personnel, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service delivery. - Direct and manage departmental performance to ensure timely resolution of service issues, including oversight of service workflows, scheduling, and backlog management. - Provide leadership and accountability for the day‑to‑day Customer Service function, ensuring accurate order processing, effective service delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Ensure departmental compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. - Develop, implement, and manage the department’s business plans, objectives, and special projects. - Collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels in the organization to drive alignment, resolve issues, and achieve organizational goals. - Ensure a consistent focus on customer experience across the department. - Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications - Post‑secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 1‑3 years experience in a supervisory role. - Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - General understanding of order processing systems and customer service operations. - Experience with Paradigm software is an asset. - Experience in a manufacturing workplace is an asset. - Window and door industry knowledge is an asset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
