Service Advisor (Strathroy)

Action Trailers is one of Southern Ontario's leading trailer dealerships, family-owned and operated for over 22 years. We're growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to assist with our service manager. You don't need to come from the trailer world, but you do need to be the kind of person who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. What you'll do - Be the first point of contact for service customers — by phone, email, and in person - Open, manage, and close repair orders from start to finish - Coordinate with technicians, parts, and sales to keep jobs on track - Keep customers updated throughout the repair process with timely, professional communication - Track service schedules for trucks and trailers to ensure OEM maintenance compliance - Assist with warranty claims and liaise with third-party repair facilities as needed - Report service department activity to the Service Manager What we're looking for - 3+ years in a customer service, service advisor, or coordination role - Strong communicator — both written and verbal - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM or DMS software is an asset (we use DP360 and Blackpurl) - Automotive or trailer industry background preferred - Minimum Grade 12 education - Must be able to reliably commute to Strathroy, ON Our Service Department hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.
