Forest Cliff Camps is looking to hire a number of candidates for our seasonal Waterfront&Lifeguard Team for the spring (May-June) and summer (July-August) seasons at our Overnight Camp location. Please note, for this position, team members live and work at our Overnight Camp location.

Available Positions Lifeguards

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age

Must have an NL certificate or other recognized qualifications

Spend a summer on Lake Huron! Our lifeguarding team is responsible for the fun and safety of one of the biggest areas of camp.

Boat Driver

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Must have a valid Ontario PCOC license

Spend your summer on the water! Our Boat Driver thrives in a team environment that works to ensure everyone’s safety with the important job of providing a fun and safe boating experience for all of our guests.

Waterfront Coordinator

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Must have a minimum 2 years experience in lifeguarding, waterfront experience is an asset

Must have or be willing to acquire NL-Waterfront certification

Compensation The compensation listed is based on working the full spring and/or summer seasons. Compensation will be adjusted by availability.

The spring season is an 8-week term. The compensation for the spring season ranges from $4928.00 to $5348.00.

The Overnight Camp summer season is a 9-week term. The compensation for the summer season ranges from $5544.00 to $6016.50.

Food and accommodations are provided when onsite during working hours.
