We’re looking for an enthusiastic

Sales Advisor

to join our busy London team on a fixed-term contract. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make a real impact.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 2 Days.

What You’ll Do in This Role In our high-footfall London store, you’ll:

Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew

Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods

Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organized

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For You’ll be great in this role if you have:

Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer‑facing role

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style

Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days

Availability for the full fixed-term contract period
