Your Role As Facility Assistant II, you will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operation of the facility.

Day to Day

Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments

Collecting, testing, and recording grain samples

Exercising competency in grading commodities

Operate machinery with confidence and precision

Perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately blend fertilizer

Regular facility maintenance&housekeeping

Commitment to maintaining a safe&compliant working environment

Performing exceptional customer service duties

Other duties as required

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a general labour job, preferably in agricultural and/or farming

Class Gdriver’s license

Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)

Ability to work within environment subject to dust and allergens

Ability to work at heights

Flexible work schedule
