We are looking for a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Regional Sales Representative to drive market expansion, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

This is not a transactional sales role. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will own your territory end-to-end shaping strategy, leading opportunities, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your customers.

What You’ll Do You will operate with autonomy and accountability, leading the full sales cycle while delivering real value to customers:

Own and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-delivery follow-up

Build and grow long-term, strategic customer relationships

Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities in complex environments

Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer needs

Translate technical solutions into clear business value and ROI

Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned to company goals

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and internal teams

Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven insights

Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

Your Experience

4+ years in sales, business development, or account management

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales environments preferred

Ability to understand and position technical products and solutions

Strong pipeline management and CRM experience

Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
