Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a rapid-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious and safe meals while adhering to food safety standards. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Must be able to cook breakfast items in a timely but quick fashion . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen is highly valued.
